The RI Birth Worker Co-op has support staff to provide vital administrative services to their members, so that doulas can focus on giving quality care to the families they support.
Health plans and healthcare institutions can work with the RI Certification Board to develop doula programs and reimbursement structures that center families and the community doula model.
